FLEXABLE, THE LOFT STAIR CAN BE CUT TO SIZE

Ideal for utilising your loft space or access to a mezzanine floor the MADRID staircase can be used to access and utilise space in the home. The loft stair is a light and simple space saving staircase, the treads are 57cm wide rectangular shape, easy to climb and includes a handrail that runs the whole length of the staircase. The construction of the staircase gives a feeling of assurance along with the safety of a handrail top to bottom. The deepest point of the treads is 14cm compared to regular mezzanine ladders its comfortable and safe. You do have the option to purchase an extra banister should you want this safety on both sides of the staircase.

Reduced to the essential elements of a functional staircase, the space-saving staircase DOLLE MADRID pleasantly provides safe access space. Made of solid spruce, it’s particularly suitable for warm and comfortable rooms, but also for rustic environments. The straight flight space saving staircase has treads housed into the strings and has a single-strip banister.

TOP TIPS

DOLLE MADRID comes flat packed straight flight staircase kit manufactured in spruce with 12 solid treads and one handrail banister. The space saving staircase is supplied with mounting brackets to fix at the top of the mezzanine. It is easy to install as full instructions are included and if you enjoy DIY, you could fit yourself and you won’t need special tools.

If your floor-to-floor height is lower than 283cm then this is not a problem as you can easily cut to size to perfectly match the floor-to-floor height. To comfortably install the MADRID space saving staircase, you will need 120cm x 60cm access to the upper floor. The staircase comes untreated and ready for you to paint, stain or varnish to match the design of the space. Fixings to construct the staircase are included as part of the kit. Just be aware that but screws and angle brackets for mounting on floor and wall are not included.
